Ok, I think this is still unofficial but Google's gonna release a smart phone optimized android version simultaneously with the Honeycomb version which is called Ice Cream (wh* ... stupid name). At the mobile world congress Dell has revealed one of their latest android based phone called the Millennium.
Although things like the processor or the RAM aren't still clear at this stage but still it has some impressive hardware specifications...
*. A screen size of 4.3-inch qHD resolutions of touch sensitive screen.
*. Dual core processor.
*. RAM - unknown.
*. 8MP camera with 1080p HD video recording.
*. Separate front camera (MP-unknown).
*. Wi-Fi and DLNA (a network which makes things like photos sharing, etc easier).
Although the released date also are still unknown according to this android central article it should come around the end of 2011 perhaps.
