Download an Android 3.0 Honeycomb Theme from xda Developers!

Well if you can't wait till the latest Android version called the Honeycomb (version 3.0 ) releases, then even though you can't get its features but at least thanks to the crazy dudes at xda forums (kidding guys you're the best! respect respect!) have already created a Honeycomb looking theme.

Very impressive ain't it?...

Currently this can be used devices that use the T-mobile Theme system such as HTC Hero/Driod Incredible/Driod x and TMobile G1 are just a few to name (as far as I know but they do update pretty quickly, so read to the last page who knows maybe it can be run on a lot of devices by now).

Not just the theme, the developer is kind enough to provide you with the all new icon/dock as well. But when reading through the thread I did notice one or two complaints about not everything working (ya know things like missing icons or color related issues) but most of the time it seems to run on the devices just fine.
