Motorola Announced Motoblur New Version With Few Updates

If you don't know what Motoblur is.. it is an application which is designed by Motorola themselves (runs on Android) which has the ability to sync all your facebook news updates, photos, Twitter account updates, e-mails, G-mail, MySpace, etc to its single Widget screen.

It's like having a control center :D which lets you control .. ok I think you get the idea. So what's new with this update which was announced few hours ago in the mobile world congress.

*. A feature called Connected music - With this you'll be able to listen or follow music that your friends are listening, etc. It is intelligent (kinda ;-) ), which according to Motorola, it will even give you hints of what you might like and where to purchase that "liked" music as well.

It also streams the lyrics of the currently playing song too.

*. Connect gallery - This will display all your photos on Facebook, Flickr, Picasa, and Photobucket for instance at a single place. And updates such as when someone you follow uploads new photos or comment on your photos will be notified via the connect gallery.

*. Aloqa - This is a cool app actually. This is location based app manager which when setup will notify the events, news, etc near your through a channel of its own network (if I understand it correctly) of apps. So whenever you're near something "cool" it'll let you know about it. Not bad eh.

These are not the only functions but are among the easily noticeable ones. For Atrix 4G and Cliq.. the Motoblur will be available as an upgrade feature. This is not yet released but should hit the market within the following month/s.
