Adobe Claims 84M Smart Phones Support their Air (Including Android)

Even after few "insults" from Apple (OK not insults but more likely accusing) for not giving enough Adobe "Air" support for their platform but after the year 2010 Adobe released some of their own market growth thus showing that their decision for such measurements are finally paying off!.

For instance as a developer you can use their "Air" framework to design games or other apps that can be run in different platforms or plat-form independent apps. Well according to senior vice president David Wadhwani, this would still take some effort to run an app that was designed for Webos to run on Android but he emphasized of the effort being a "minimal" one.

As you know flash player support for any smartphone is actually a big thing these days since so many developers use it to design applications... it is not just an online video player anymore. Within the first two months of Adobe Air released over 1500 applications have been created! thus showing the dominance Adobe has over what they do.
